Really great stay, as always. Fairly clean hotel and large and immaculately clean rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a writing table and an iron. A pleasant view from the window. The location marvellous and comfortable in the middle of jackson. Very close to restaurants, and restraunts.

The room was spacious and well-decorated. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. It was noticeably well-maintained. The location was very convenient, as I could easily access local parks and museums for leisurely exploration.

I believe including eggs in the complimentary breakfast would enhance the experience. Unfortunately, I faced issues with my room. Despite being clean, there was a lack of toiletries and staff support at times. On one occasion, I got stuck without proper cleaning for a long period, and I had to clean after myself. Helping hands from the staff were nice, but there were moments of neglect that need addressing. The checkout experience could use a warmer touch to.

Upon my arrival, I faced significant issues with my room. The first room was unclean, with dirt and hair scattered on the floor. After requesting a re-cleaning, it took an agonizing 40 minutes to finally receive a satisfactory room, leaving me feeling frustrated and exhausted.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend break in Mexicali with good price-quality ratio. I really enjoyed the feeling of comfort in the spacious lobby areas which were nice to relax in. Make sure to check the breakfast options early to avoid running out of choices later on.

I enjoyed the convenience of being just a few steps away from both Los Remedios park and the Institute for Cultural Research Museum, allowing me to explore vibrant local culture and beautiful green spaces effortlessly .

the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. the underground parking is tricky.

The hotel had a great modern vibe, and I loved the cozy common areas for chilling out. The underground parking was convenient despite being a bit tricky. Plus, the cool lobby decor. My favorite moment was having coffee at the front desk when I was running late.

The staff here were genuinely friendly and the swimming pool area was well-maintained with lounge chairs for relaxation. Enjoyed the nice ambiance and spacious lobby as well 😊
